Lilly's Gift

Lilly got a box of beading items and a few hats and decorations to share with her siblings for her birthday. Not only did she LOVE using all of the elastic thread the first day (she did share with her brothers) but she also LOVED the hidden gift that came in the mail.

When I went to take this picture of the children in their hats so Amy (Thanks again!) could see that the gift was put to good use Lilly told me to grab her camera.



I grabbed my old Olympus that she LOVES to take pictures with. She shook her head when I came into the room and said "No, my NEW camera." Bill came out of the kitchen bearing this.





Seriously, she made not only 1 but 3 new "cameras" from the cardboard box her gift was shipped in. She also make a round brush with handle and feathers for brushing her pet horse (the one she wants us to buy her) out of the box and a few swords so they could all have Tinkerbell and Peter Pan wars in the basement.

Never underestimate what Lilly can do with her craft items and a few spare minutes!
