Today our friends and neighbors (and my cousin) had a shower for the new baby. We had brunch, played a game or two, and then painted onsies for the new arrival. It was fun to be able to hang out with the girls without my children for a change. There were lots of stories and laughs shared by all. I really enjoyed myself and am thankful that we moved into a neighborhood with such caring and genuine friends.
