A hasn't wanted to play soccer for the past two years but since L really wanted to play he gave in and joined as well. We play every Friday for 8 weeks, just enough dates to get us through the summer.
L has amazing skills for her age and loves to run and kick the ball. Our coach told me she is good beyond her years. A is aggressive and scores during all the games, he is quick and has been carrying over skills he learned 2 years ago. They are both doing an excellent job of following the coach's directions and figuring out how to complete all the drills. They can now dribble forward with the insides and outsides of their feet, dribble then stop the ball with their foot, kick the ball backwards and turn to dribble the other direction, defend the ball, steal the ball from their opponent, and shoot goals.
