Frankbob it is!

Finally after weeks of contractions, Frankbob has arrived!

Dad will put together a more complete birth story but here is the simple version.

He was born at 6:35 PM on March 15, 2007. He was 8 pounds and 14 ounces, 21 inches long with a head circumference of 13.5 inches. He came home from the hospital on St. Patrick's Day weighing 8 pounds and 6.6 ounces.

Daddy actually got to catch his head (with the nurse) as the doctor was not in the room yet. The second push brought out the broad shoulders and the doctor arrived just in time to help him all the way out.

A and L are in total and absolute love with their new little brother. L can't wait for the other baby to come out (a sign that I might have gained too much weight!) so she can have one of her own. A loves to examine and question all aspects of Frankbob and refuses to use his proper name which is cute as he does look like a Frankbob.
